Easiest Weight Watchers pizza EVER!

Pizza is one of my absolute favorite meals. I believe I could live off of pizza for the rest of my life, haha.

So you can only imagine how upset I was when I began my weight loss journey when I realized I would need an alternative to Saturday night pizza with the family.

I have tried several different versions of pizza crust. All were tolerable, this one is the easiest, quickest, and tastes the best (to me).

I typically make this pizza at least once a week, sometimes more.

Toppings And Points

You can actually do a lot with this pizza. Do you want to add veggies? Do it! Onions are 0 points, green peppers are 0 points, mushrooms are 0 points, and 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s sliced black olives are 0 points.

When it comes to dinner you usually have several points saved up. So you could even add 1 tbsp of bacon bits for 1 point or 2 tablespoons cooked ground Italian sausage for 3 points (4 tbsp for 7 pts).

When I’m on Weight Watchers it helps to plan dinner first (because it’s usually the biggest meal of the day).

I will enter those points in the morning so I know what points I have to play with for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and even dessert.

Let’s be honest, you will think about food and what you are planning to eat quite a bit when you are first starting out. It gets easier once you get the hang of what you can and can not eat.

Eating doesn’t have to be stressful or boring. MEASURE AND WEIGH EVERYTHING! I purchased a small scale off Amazon that really really helps!!

Let’s get back to the reason you are here, Weight Watchers pizza recipe.

Weight Watchers Pizza

  • Joseph’s Lavash Bread (2 points) (found at Walmart)
  • No Sugar Pasta Sauce (1/4 cup 1 point or 1/2 cup 2 points)
  • Hormel Turkey Pepperonis (17 pepperoni 2 points)
  • Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup 1 point)
  • Optional to add veggies for 0 points or other meats for additional points (see above)

First things first, preheat your oven to 400°.

Next line a baking sheet with tin foil.

Place one Lavash bread in the center of your baking sheet. This measures a little bigger than a sheet of paper.

Spread 1/4 cup of pasta sauce evenly across your “crust”. Go as far to the edge as you would like. I try to leave about 1/2″ around the edges.

I am not big on a lot of sauce. Therefore, I only add enough sauce to taste it. Others love adding extra sauce to their pizza. It’s totally fine to add more.

But by adding more, you are upping the points. So keep that in mind.

Then take 1/2 cup Kraft fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it evenly across your sauce.

Feel free to add more cheese but again keep in mind that will increase your points.

Last but not least add 17 turkey pepperonis on top of your mozzarella cheese. I stop here.

But go ahead and onions, peppers, mushrooms, or any other toppings your heart desires.

Most veggies are 0 points however if you add other meats it will definitely increase your points a little. So again be mindful.

Place your pizza in the oven and bake at 400° for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the crust is slightly brown. This is what it should look like once it’s finished.

That’s it, friend. You get to eat this entire thing all by yourself and not feel guilty about it afterward. Slice it up however you would like and pile the whole thing onto a plate and ENJOY!

If you have a sweet tooth (I know I do) but are on a weight loss journey, I got you! Try one or all of these simple (and delicious) WW desserts!
