Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn chex
  • 4 cups rice chex
  • 2 cups wheat chex
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 10 oz can mixed nuts
  • 10 oz can cashew halves
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°
  • In a large bowl add corn chex, rice chex, wheat chex, pretzel sticks, half the can of mixed nuts, and half the can of cashew halves. Mix gently until well combined.
  • In a small bowl melt your butter. Once melted add worcestershire, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  • With a spoon, drizzle about half the seasoned melted butter mix over your chex mix. Gently stir. Then drizzle the rest of your seasoned butter mix over your chex mix and stir again. You want to make sure everything is coated in the seasoned butter.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with tin foil and divide the chex mix between the 2 pans spreading it out evenly across both.
  • Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring the chex mix every 15 minutes. Also alternate each pan from top rack to bottom rack with each 15 minute stir.
  • Once finished baking pour your chex mix across paper towels on your counter or table to cool.
  • Store in an air tight container.
  • Enjoy!
