Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mash with a fork
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • cup all purpose flour sifted
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Place parchment paper inside a 9x5 bread dish covering the whole inside of the dish (makes it easy to remove after baking)
  • In a small bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix together
  • In a separate medium size bowl beat sugar and eggs together on medium speed until creamy
  • Add mashed bananas, sour cream, oil, and vanilla to the sugar/egg mixture. Stir with a spoon until well combined
  • Add flour mixture, gently stirring with a spatula until combined
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Pour batter into bread pan
  • Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until baked all the way through
