Hashbrown Casserole
Hashbrown casserole with cornflakes is the only way to make a hashbrown casserole. This is one of the best and easiest casseroles to make. So delicious that everyone will go back for seconds along with ask you for the recipe itself.

- 2 lb Bag Shredded or Dice Hashbrowns
- 1½ sticks Butter (melted)
- 1 can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup (10.5oz)
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 5 cups Cornflakes
Preheat oven to 350°
In a small pan sauté onion with a dab of butter until translucent
In a large bowl combine cream of chhicken soup, sour cream, 1 stick of butter melted, salt, pepper, cheese and sautéd onion. Mix well.
Once mixed add the whole bag of hashbrowns and mix again until well combined
Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour your hashbrown mixture evenly in the dish.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
While the casserole is baking, in a medium sized bowl crush the cornflakes. When the casserole is almost finished mix your crushed cornflakes with 4 tbsp of melted butter. Spread evenly over the top of your hashbrown casserole once finished baking the 1 hour. Then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
