Quick and Simple Beef Enchiladas

- 8 pack El Monterey Beef and Bean Burritos
- 28 oz Can Enchilada Sauce (Red)
- 2 cups Mexican Cheese (Shredded)
- Shredded Lettuce (optional)
- Diced Tomato (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
- Pico De Gallo (optional)
- Sour Cream (optional)
- Guacamole (optional)
- Jalapenos (optional)
- Crushed Doritos (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
Line your dish evenly with the whole 8 pack of burritos
Pour the entire can of enchilada sauce evenly over all of your burrtios
Evenly sprinkle 1-2 cups of shredded mexican cheese across the top of your burritos
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes
Top with your favorite toppings and Enjoy!
