2.5qt casserole dish or 13x9 baking dish (see notes if you use 13x9 dish)

Sweet Potato

1Stick of butter(softened)
⅔cupsSugar
2Eggs
1tspVanilla
⅓cupsMilk
Pecan Toppin
⅓cupButter(softened)
1cupBrown Sugar
½cupFlour
1cupChopped Pecans
Instructions
Sweet Potato
Peel, chop into big chunks, and boil your sweet potatoes until they are soft and able to be mushed.
Drain the water. Then add butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix with a mixer until well combined and the butter has melted in completely.
Add to a 2.5 qt casserole dish or 13x9 baking dish (see notes for 13x9 topping measurements)
Pecan Topping
In a separate medium size bowl add softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans. Mix together with your hands until everything is well combined and crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly on top of your sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.

If you bake in a 13x9 dish then use these measurements JUST for the pecan topping ingredients:1 stick of butter softened, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 3/4 cup flour, 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
